I am a kinetic learner primarily- learning by doing. Second to that, I am a visual learner. Looking at cheese making books, the recipes just didn't make sense- I didn't understand the terms used. On top of that, the recipes were complicated- often eating up hours upon hours of my time to make a small block of cheese.

I came upon some of Kate's video tutorials and they helped immensely with understanding terminology and also learning to make cheesemaking work for my limited time schedule.
